Mission: The Douglas School Counseling Program seeks to support students, families, staff, and community members to promote the successful development of each student's potential. Counselors facilitate the student's acquisition of the competencies necessary to function and contribute in society. Through a proactive, comprehensive, and developmental program, counselors assist all students in meeting personal/social, workplace readiness, and academic/technical needs as they transition through the educational process to become successful, fulfilled members of society.
